How do I prepare for my appointment

Come with clean, dry hair and any inspiration photos you’d like to share. Think about how you typically wear and style your hair day to day — this helps guide the consultation and ensures the best results for your lifestyle.

If you’re booking a colour service, please arrive with hair free of heavy product buildup. If you have a history of previous colour, chemical services, or any scalp sensitivities, sharing that information during your consultation is always helpful.

Most importantly, arrive ready to relax. Every appointment begins with a consultation, so there’s time to talk through your goals and create a plan together.

How often should I book colour appointments?

The ideal timing depends on the service and your hair goals. Many clients book colour appointments every 6–10 weeks, while dimensional or lighter services may be spaced further apart. During your appointment, Irene will recommend a schedule that suits your hair, lifestyle, and desired maintenance level.

Do you work with new clients?

 Yes. New clients are always welcome and receive a 20% discount for their first service.

Irene takes a thoughtful, consultation-first approach to ensure each appointment is the right fit and that expectations are clear before beginning any service.

What if I’m not sure which service to book?

 That’s completely okay. With so many options available, it’s common to feel unsure. Every appointment begins with a consultation, and services can be adjusted as needed to ensure the best outcome for your hair. You’re also welcome to book a free consultation if you’d prefer to talk things through before scheduling.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments are reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

This policy helps respect everyone’s time and allows availability to be offered to other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
